Mandarin Gender?

Hey everyone, I have this baby mandarin dragonet, and I’m wondering what gender it is.

Looks female to me. Males have the long flag on the front of the dorsal fin.

Looks like a female, near as I can tell. Males have a spike in front of the dorsal fin. Here is a picture of a male....
