One of my new clownfish (arrived last Friday) have developed this night a kind of white patch discoloration on his skin, he swim normally and he eat just before this video(and have feed his anemone too). He seem to breath a little faster than the other one. And the other one is perfectly fine, so I'm wondering if I have to worry about that ? I thought maybe it was because he have an anemone for the first time and his skin react ?

EDIT:
It's seem to degrade really fast, now (literally less than 1 hour after I write the post) the discoloration have emplify and now he barely swim and stay on his side.. I have isolate him but I'm really afraid he will no go through the night:(

Clown is very discolored but cannot clearly see it due to angle and darker blue lighting. Please post pics again, even video under white light intensity and sideways body angle if possible

I don't know how it can degrade so fast.. in less than 2 hours after swimming fine, eating, feed the anemone and all he's now die ..

Scales are missing and likely due to aggression from another clown or tank mate. Sorry to see

He was with another from the same species and they was fine together, maybe the nem is the cause ? Can it be ?

Nem wont do this unless clown was consumed by the anemone which would then be a cause

I don't know what's happened .. I'm really sad
Sorry to see. Clownfish are of the most popular species that fight and will fight until death and also the largest often being the female will bite, chase, steal the food and even the entire tank leaving smaller one to succumb.

My thought is that it either had a very virulent bacterial infection, or a protozoan disease like velvet.
Wild caught clowns have a very high mortality rate. Nigripes clowns from Sri Lanka used to be pretty sturdy, but that seems to have been changing recently, with a downturn in quality.
