Macro has aiptasia

My caulerpa lentillifera in my refugium has aiptasia. I’ve also noticed that the macro itself has been turning brown. Is this a serious problem? What can I do?

Prune it back.... pull all brown and aptasia off without disturbing the aptasia too much so they dont reproduce.
