The conference already happened, though 2018 will be in Vegas. As far as shipping, that would be on each individual vendor at the show.

Okay thanks and I'm planning on next year. Do you have any ideas on why vendors would be willing to ship

Again it will depend on how much you spend and the individual coral vendor. Not all have the ability to do it as they have to travel long distances to the shows also. At shows I have only found a couple that would go thru the trouble of shipping corals. If you spend 600 or 800 dollars I am sure they might ship the corals to you.

You could also always run to FedEx or UPS and overnight it to yourself. MACNA this year had a UPS inside the facility and a FedEx literally across the street.
