Received my 3 lyretail from LA last week 2 F 1M. Acclimated and put in QT was th no meds to observe til eating well. Male died after day one and now females are eating like pigs. One however is hiding with my tank qt resident YWG who wasn’t being treated well by my lawnmower Blenny. Long story short noticed today some cloudiness in one eye of one of the girls. Is this a disease or a injury? Hard to get a good pic but it’s the right eye of the littler one. Thanks for any help.

Anthias often have a blue/clouded layer inside their pupils, as do some wrasses and most fish in the filefish/triggerfish/puffer group. That having been said, they're also rather more susceptible to bacterial infections than many other groups of fish - possibly because of their environmental niche, in clear water above the reef.

Bacterial infections should be treated in a quarantine tank, and sometimes respond to Erythromycin. Otherwise, a broad-spectrum antibiotic such as Nitrofuracin Green _or_ the combination of Furan-2, Kanaplex and Metroplex has proven to be helpful to many a reefer.

~Bruce, currently treating a half dozen dispars with antibiotics . . .

I agree they often have a blue hue or tint, but that looks like something more.
Post in disease forum.

I also notice that one has some spike on dorsal, appears to be in transition or submale.
