Loyal to a Fault? Are you loyal to a specific reefing brand(s)?

Here in our saltwater world, there is all kinds of things we need to run our aquariums and all kinds of people and brands that can give us those things. Whether it be dry goods you need or livestock, I'm sure many of us have that one brand that we trust and support with our business when we're in the market for new goodies. So, my question is...

Are you loyal to a specific reefing brand(s)? Share a positive testimonial! (Save your not-so-positive testimonials for the Vendor Feedback forum... )

Not necessarily loyal, but when I bought my Gen 2 Reefer 625 I also picked up the ReefMat, skimmer, ReefWave and ReefLEDs.

Not so much out of loyalty, but rather because the ecosystem was designed to work together seamlessly. 20 months in and I’ve been pretty happy with Red Sea.

You really have to cherry pick the stuff those brands do great, and leave the crap behind.

Red Sea is a great example - they have some really solid stuff, and some stuff that isn't great.

Nyos is another one - I didn't like the skimmer at all (noisy), but their Salt is S tier.

Loyal to Reef Nutrition liquid foods and TDO pellets. It is still a love conditional on continued product quality and my fish liking it.

Not particularly as I buy a whole variety of things to support my tanks. Probably closest is Ecotech pumps, lights and powerheads. Most reliable thing I ever bought was a Reef Octopus 3000int skimmer that has been running 24x7 something like 11 years and never taken out of sump or pump cleaned. Only maintenance is occasionally replacing air lines that ozone destroys and of course cleaning neck and cup.

Not for most things! @Reef By Steele for pods and phyto or Live nutriention are the only food brands that Im very loyal to, The only other thing would be kessil! Something about their lights man... I can't go with any other brand.

I’m loyal to all the smaller companies out there it seems. They can relate more inline with us and truly care about our success and their products more. Companies like Reefi, Quanta, Avast marine. Just a few of my favorite people and companies!

Tank Stop

I have been enjoying Fresh Australian Live Rock from Eric Cohen at Tank Stop. He shipped my first batch and it came with living corals on it and I was instantly sold. I have made the drive twice since then. The shop is near the LA Airport and the traffic across the LA Metropolitan Traffic Jam can be challenging but seeing the heaps of living rock crawling with life is worth the drive ime. I am so happy this stuff is available.

Too many time people just use the Internet platforms to complain. I’ll gladly state, all of these companies have come through for me and surpassed expectations - multiple times. Big thank you to ya’ll!

I'd say I'm more distrustful of certain brands though I guess Tunze has always delivered for me.

No way am I loyal to a brand, the brand has to prove it's worth before I'll throw some cash at it. I gauge on product, company, customer support, values, and what they give back. And if a brand I once bought from deviates from these values, see you later

The company that first comes to mind that's really blown me away is got to be orphek. But I never bought any of there lights until recently after doing lots of digging, watching, reading. Couldn't be more happy and if they keep to the values I'll continue to buy from them.
