lot's of worm things! ID?

Hi there, now I don't have a current picture but whenever i throw pellets for the hermit crabs these worms come out of nowhere! I know I have some harmless bristle worms, but there's a new bristle worm that looks like a fireworm. Though I don't think it's a bearded fireworm. And then there are these stringy things that come out of the rocks that move. it looks like a white thread. When I get home I'll post pictures.

Sounds like a vermited snail.
