I am looking to get an ID on this LPS piece I have had for 2+ years. Just cut it a month ago. I am not looking for a name just what species it falls under. It's not like any Favia i have had before is why i ask.

Corallites look too small and texture doesn’t look right for Lobophyllia. Maybe Dipsastraea?
I think you may be right. I found this article from reef builders and looks like it may be a Dipsastrae.
