Hi all, I'm looking to go from a FOWLR tank to a reef tank with my fluval flex fifteen gallon aquarium. I'm looking for tips on keeping corals what corals to avoid and what to expect. I also need helpful links and what reef light I should buy. It would be a blessing if you guys could find corals similar to the artificial plants I have already since my clownfish love their setup

Corals I want that look similar to my plants:

Hello,

Just a heads up, having plastic plants in saltwater tanks is not the best idea.

A coral that looks like the purple one could be something like a purple torch.

Something that looks like the brown one is some toadstools.

As for lighting, an AI Prime will work well for that tank. I have a 15g with an AI Prime, and it works great.

Yea, the plastic plants are generally not a great plan. I would stay clear of SPS until you have a solid understanding of reef systems. You will need a fairly established system to keep corals in. I would try soft corals first. Like mushrooms, zoa's, toadstools. For the lighting, I really like Hipargero, they are not as expensive as some of the others, but work very well.

I agree. I believe their tank is a year old, though, so they should start with toadstools like you said, but after that they can slowly add more advanced things to their tank.
