Hello brothers and sisters.

I now use radion xr30 lights.

I set it to 80%.

Ask for help with turning on the lights. I want to know if I have to adjust it to 100% or not.

And what color lights should I adjust? I focus on SPS.

That seems like a lot of light for that tank. I have 4 of them on a 6'ft tank, and have done just fine with only 3 XR-30's on this same tank. I run them around 40% on AB+. 25" depth. Mixed Reef SPS and LPS.

Am I opening too hard?

Not sure... Your corals should tell you if they don't like it. For example, if I gradually ramp mine up over 45-50%, LPS like torches will retract and the the polyps will get thinner. They can adjust if you ramp very gradually, but they seem to look thinner when the par is too high, based on viewing other's tanks. If you ramp up too fast, LPS Torch's can spit out Zooxanthallae and die off, or even eject their heads. As for SPS, I have smoked plenty of Acro frags by playing around with light intensity without using consistency. I eventually had to start over at 25% intensity, and ramp up over "months" until I found a happy intensity for everything in my tank. Today, my max intensity is 40%. SPS frags up high are doing well, Acans, Blasto's, Zoa's, Torches, Hammers, are all looking great towards the bottom. My Maxima Clam is doing just fine as well on the sandbed. Running AB+ spectrum, with some tweaks. I lowered the whites, and set the reds to zero, due to GHA issue that's been an ongoing battle (that I'm finally winning). Lights are 9" above the water. I do see posts with some people running them at 80%-100% intensity, but I don't know how, unless they are turning each spectrum down individually.
