I just picked up a baby longhorn cowfish from lfs. It is having a hard time swimming against the flow. Every few minutes it gets blasted to the other side of the tank by one of the powerheads. I would consider returning it so as not to kill the poor guy but my lfs is already closed. Should I be worried and what can I do to help it.

do you have any spare filter media sponges? to decrease the flow you can wrap them around the powerheads and rubberband them, it worked great when mine was just an inch long, i still have him and he no longer needs the guards.
