So I have a 29 g reef tank and some of my zoas are growing short and matted and other are reaching and almost shaped downward like an umbrella? Any idea on why? Or do I just leave them be? They’re all growing and multiplying regularly.

my zoa's stretch like that in the morning, before the tank lights come on, they stretch towards the side of the tank to try to catch some ambient light, but when my tank lights come on, they settle back down.

Your zoa's are saying "please gimme more light, please"
