Local collection of livestock

I have a beach house right on the water and I want to start obtaining livestock such as anemones, small fish, snails, hermits, corals, and anything else I can find, as I just got all the permits to do so, what precautions should I take and how should I prep everything for my tank

Cool idea. I have tried to encourage sponge and tunicate growth with Brightwell Spongexcel. Additionally dosing phytoplankton will help the corals and invertebrates
