Is this really how you ship corals and fish these days?
My last order came and the first thing I noticed was the top of the box was open.
I opened the box completely and this point of sale shipping bag ( no styrofoam box) was open too.
So my corals were exposed to the cold air from outside for 24+ hours
I did find heat packs on the outside of this bag. Not sure what that reason was for.
Inside the bag were my 2 corals rolling around with nothing to support them but a dozen air pillows.
This really sucks if this is your normal now.
It must be because this is the second time in the last month or so.
I know you probably hear this alot and it probably doesn't bother you, but this will be my last order.
You have been my go to place for fish, corals, fish food, salt and other supplies for a couple decades, but no more.
I'm not even going to get into the issue of a wrong description.
