What is this? It came on live rock. Its like a cluster of hard red tubes with little anemone like tentacles and orange centers? I know that pictures and description isn't great but if anyone knows what I am talking about I'd appreciate it!!

Definitely a stony coral - I know Tube Corals (Cladocora arbuscula) and Hidden Cup Corals (Phyllangia americana) can sometimes have reddish stalks, so I'd look at those to compare. That said, pics under white light would go a long way toward an ID on the forum here, so I'd suggest posting some if you can get them.
