Pagoda cups generally come in green or gray and have polyps that look like mini duncans. Also, it's Duncanopsammia peltata, not Turbinaria.Turbinaria peltata.

Thanks for the correction! I thought i saw a hollywood stunner under those polyps! Very cool to see an echinopora with long frilly polyps as i never have seen that before. I would assume thats where it gets the name aberrant from....Aberrant echinopora. I've seen this coral before.

Those names being synonymous does not mean that they both can be used interchangeably. One of the names is the accepted combination, while the other is an unaccepted combination.
