If for any reason your corals arrive with issues, will need the following in order to file your claim: Clear photo within 2 hours of delivery. In either case, the cost of shipping is non-refundable and customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of any replacement coral. DOA due to shipping delay, damages, or mishandling cause by UPS, will not be covered. I'm easy to work with. We can figure out something that's fair to both parties in this worse case scenario.
