Here are the video please help salt is 1.022 ammonia is 0.25 but I add prime n02 no3 both 0 and ph 8.4 please let me know what I can do to save it now he is not moving

Why is the fish in the box? I don't know what is wrong but I think the fish has a better chance in the tank.
And if you can, perform a water change. If the ammonia is that high lowering it is a good idea.
Did that fish eat a guppy recently? It doesn't need any food at the moment. Take the guppies out.

How long have you had your tank? Sounds like it is not fully cycled? How did you acclimate the fish? Did he just come home from the LFS? Your saltwater needs to be at 1.024 to 1.025 but we need to know if you just introduced him to your tank.
