I’m going to be starting my first sps mixed reef rocks to be mainly sps such as monti cap birds nest and hopefully acros, I will have lps on the sand and lower rocks like Tracyphilia and acans gonis etc I have a 55 (uk) gallons 65(us) and run two hydra 26 hds at around 8inchs about the water what wattage would be suitable for this tank setup I don’t have a par metre so I need some advice, I don’t want to burn the lps but I need to keep the sps healthy I created a schedule which in the day produces 87w max then drops to blues at night around 55w will this be ideal, I like the look of blues but I’m not sure if using mainly blues will get enough par for high light demand corals such as acros, total light schedule of 11 hours. any advice off experienced sps keepers would be appreciated
