Lighting for 20g AIO Cube and Future 35/40g AIO

Hello my Name is Xiyang and
ive got a question regarding the lighting Choice. Atm i‘ve got a 20g cube and im searching for a new lighting that would also fit on a Future Upgrade (proably around 35/ 40g Cube). I‘m looking at a Radion XR 15 G6 Pro and at the Reef Flare Pro S. After Reading quite a bit about the G6 Radions and their PAR Readings im kinda fearful that i have to go above like 50% Intensity and the Fan will may Drive me Crazy. I‘ve got a mixed reef with some montipora and a Milka. Won‘t go crazy into SPS / Acropora.
What would you suggest?
