I have a standard 55 gallon with 2 100w nicrew lights. Currently I run it the lighs at : 6 am turn on and ramp up to 5% white/15% blue at 7 am. Then ramp up to 20%white/90% blue at 8 am. Then it slowly goes down over time to 20% white/80% blue at 6 pm. Then it goes down over time to 0% white/ 5% blue at 8 pm. And then goes down to turning off at 10 pm.

Does this sound good? Or is too much? Any suggestions? The tank has mostly LPS/Soft corals

Generally your light schedule should not be longer then 12h. When you look at schedule of Big Coral Farms, they usualy have short ramp time of about 1h.
I would also decrease white spectrum. Best for me is 8-12%. Your corals will not grow faster with photoperiod too long.

What about the % of blue light? Is 90% enough at the peak? Or is it too much?
