I did something stupid and accidentally spilled a handful of Aquaforest Life Bio Fill media into the baffle of my sump. It’s not easy to get out. I think this stuff is just rocks infused with bacteria but I can’t tell. Is there any harm in just permanently leaving it there?

Unless it's going to block flow and cause a flood I wouldn't worry too much.

I use a siphon hose to reach in and remove gravel and detritus from tight spots in filter spaces, overflow, etc. YOu may have to add water in your case?

I can get it. It’s just a pain. I’m just wondering if it will break down or cause an issue eventually. No issues with flow or anything where it is

If it's not going to bother you being there then I wouldn't bother with it. Areas like this in my tank grow into dark cryptic zones for sponges and other critters and improve the biotic filtration habitat, ime.
