lice bugs - not copepods

I thought it was fine sand grains in my refugium but I noticed them moving. They look round and seem to walk on hair algae. What are they?

The copepods I'm use to seeing would twitch and jitter, these guys don't do that. There are tons of isopods in my tank too, which are much larger, so that wouldn't be it either.

Video was taken very close with a macro lens.
