Have a yellow sinularia finger leather from saltwaterfish.com. When I received it, it was closed for about 1-2 weeks while shedding then opened up nicely for a few days. Now it’s been closed for another three weeks and I’m wondering if anyone has experienced this with a leather? It is shiny so im guessing it’s shedding, will upload good pics tmrw. All corals are happy including sps, lps and several other leathers and I test constantly and dose. Not an issue with parameters. Just wondering if anyone experienced this with a leather? Still looks good and not disintegrating or anything so I’m waiting it out.

Yea there is some brown algae on it that I blow off with turnkey baster daily but there was 10x more diatoms on it when it opened for the first time and looked great for 3-4 days.
