Lawnmower Blenny injury

24 hours ago I discovered my lawnmower blenny has developed a "blister-like" growth on its left eye.
He is alive, but not moving much and not as aggressively eating as usual.
Does anyone have an explanation or recommendation for my next action?

The issue sounds bacterial, but without pictures it’s impossible to say for sure.
