So I painted this coral tree i made with krylon fusion all in one paint. It has been drying for weeks. Mainly because I was so unsure if it was safe or not. It has two coats and was put together with superglue and jb waterweld. Has anyone had any issues with adding something like this to their tank?

I would never do this. I'd be afraid of the paint sealing the pores of the rock. Rock is going to end up covered in all kinds of life and won't stay that color for long once that tank comes to life. Someone will correct me if I'm mistaken.
I am using this only for decorative purposes. I have 100lbs of live rock already. Just want this for a place to put some beginner sps.

you are not wrong. this is an incredibly dumb thing to do. Do not put that rock in your system!!!

aside from Krylon themselves say not to use it on anything that goes below the water line, I would never put anything in my tank that wasn't tagged as 100% reef safe. I made the rookie mistake of using the wrong silicon in a sump I was building and killed everything. luckily, I only lost a few fish and a few corals since the system was brand new.

If you wanted purple rock, just buy the purple rock. Or wait until coralline covers it and it'll be purple then.

I've done it for PVC and rock. Snails and urchins love it, and will peel it right off, about a year later it will be gone. No ill effects really - but, other than that instant WOW of purple, probably not useful.
