Picked it up on Friday and started modifications Saturday.

2x Ocean revive Arctic T247

2x Maxpect GYRE XF130

Jebao DC-6000 return pump

Emperor aquatics UV light

Super Reef Octopus 1000LSS Protein Skimmer

120 lbs of Tropic Eden Live Reeflakes Sand

About 100 lbs of reel reef reef rock

Reef keeper lite(possible upgrade to apex)

I'm looking for advice on how high I have it shimmed. The floor in that spot is that slanted because the people that did the hardwood did a horrible job. Any thoughts whether this will be okay or not or should I place more shims closer together?

following on this for the floor idea. This is one item that worries me on my tank/upgrade.

My brother had this problem. If you have some power tools:

put the stand back on the floor
Set the level at the highest corner (which looks to be at your right) and then adjust the level so that it is...level. It should show you the difference as to how much you would need to remove.
Draw a line on the bottom side of the level.
Do this for all sides of the stand.
Use a skill saw to cut those line.
Rinse and repeat to make adjustments.

That will adjust the bottom of your stand to allow you to be flat on the floor instead of trusting little shims to +800 pounds of water/equipment on it.

Dont use wood shims. Use composite or metal shims. But for a gap that large I would rip down a 2x4 and wedge it under the stand.

I'm cutting 2x4 in long shims today. I'll post update pics. A little modification I did to the seams. Added extra silicone and put aluminum trim that I painted flat black on the corners. Before and after pics
