KH Director not giving latest measurement in email notification

I've set up my email notifications and everything seems to be working correctly except for my kh measurement. I set up a notification for sensor information and it sends the current measurements of those probes. The notification for the KH director comes back as

KH Director:

with no measurement data.

I attached a pic of the set up screen (my email address removed).
