I have to say now I’ve had it for almost 2 years it really grew on me. It’s fun definitely a must have! I just started fragging it, I have a few coloring up. This one is remarkably tough if I could ship I would send you one with hesitation!

I don’t know why people say the WD is bland under daylight, etc. it’s easily one of my favorites, stands out and easily recognized as a WD in daylight but is even more fun under blues, I get it.

Because they are haters. There’s a lot of reefers on here who like to hate on tenuis and say they all require “trick lighting” to look good.

It’s true half of the people who hate haven’t had a WD. No tricks above other then lowering the brightness. I try my best most of the time make my pictures as they look in person.

Right? Honestly, it’s like the HW. I have it and at times I’m like “why?” It’s not that special. It looks better under blues (for MY particular piece, doesn’t want to pull pinks out too much, yet) and whatever under daylight. Until one day it got big, and the green is just phenomenally bright, sure it’s a green on green tenuis with bright pink corallites if you’re lucky, but it has its own charm. Not my favorite tenuis, but nice in its own right. Nice one to have in the collection, but until one owns one, it’s very different to observe in pics vs real life.

I acquired this unique acro from a longterm reefing buddy in 2014. The branches have a striking resemblance to spaghetti noddles both in actual size growth pattern lol. Shortly after he gave it to me his whole colony died, and mine nearly died 5 years later from bugs I’m happy it’s coming back! As a dedication to him I coined it.
