I am haveing an issue where every time I attempt to change my program, I get the SPS_Timeout_Error. I haven’t had any success in fixing this issue. Any way to food this? Is it still under warranty?

Is the last time set at 23:59? We are waiting on a new update from @noopsyche to update the controller. I think the update needs to include more points during the day than 7 for SPS setting.

I am running a reverse photoperiod. Starting at 4pm and ending at 1 am.

This was a fix for some of the newer lights as they had the same problem. Have you tried modifying any of the other presets like SPS/LPS and see if they work?

@Manose @noopsyche
For example :
Turn on at 10:00 am, the schedule should be:
1 01:00 0% all
2 03:15 0% all
3 10:00 0%, 0% 0% 0% 0%
4 14:00 25% 50% 50% 50% 25%
5 18:00 25 50 50 50 25
6 20:00 25 50 50 50 25
7 23:59 0 0 1 0 0
If you want to start from 10:00, it should be 0% brightness. It will from 10:00 schedule 0% light up, then gradually light up to 14:00 setting brightness. Hope can help you solve the problem.

@noopsyche
Can I just get a new controller shipped to me? Considering these are still only 6 months old?

If these lights are going to become a light to get, these controllers will need to be replaced. They are just too difficult to configure.

Tips: Time have to set from the earliest. First program, 1:00 is the earliest time, second program, 00:00 is the earliest time.

First program:

Second program:
