My guess is also isopod, and since it's attached to the goby, I'd guess cirolanid isopod. FW dip will help remove it if it doesn't detach before you catch the fish. But there may be more in the tank, which means you'll want to start baiting for them and sucking them out. Look up stinky water trap and associated methods for catching them. GL!

Hard to tell from the pics, but I've dealt with that before and it's a cirolanid isopod! Looks exactly like this:

It's harmful to your fish, try to remove it with tweezers if you can because they're very hardy and won't spontaneously let go with medication or freshwater dips.

Closer shot
Cirolanid Isopod.
5 min freshwater dip the same temperature as display tank will dislodge them. If not, Formalin dips will dislodge them from the skin of fish, and kill them but do this in a bucket and not the tank.

I dipped it in 10 minutes of freshwater and it still did not let go. I had to rip it in half with tweezers.
