Newbie on this amazing forum. Really appreciate all the information I find here.
Just noticed these little raised area on the sides of a Fat-Head Dendro cluster. Very sure they were not there before
There is an orange ribbon slowly coming out of the mouth.
All the coral heads are healthy (largest head disk is 1.25 inches). Polyps open during the day, and even bigger at night
Parameters all stable. Nano mixed reef (Fluval 13.5) "aged" tank
pH 8.0
Alkalinity 7.8 dKh
Salinity 1.026 (Milwaukee Refractometer and Manual refractometer)
Temperature 77F
Calcium 400
Magnesium 1400
Nitrate 10
Phosphate 0.08
I would just think normal budding, but the orange ribbon is what I am worried about.
Thanks for any insight and advice!
