Is this brown jelly disease in my hammer coral?? just couldn't identify it...

Looks to be brown jelly or some type of bacterial issue. Make sure all your water chemistry is in check, you can dip it in an iodine based dip and gently baste off all of that gunk. Repeat for 2-3 days then let colony rest. Hope this helps.
