Hi everyone hope you are all well! After cycling tank for a month and half & adding my first 2 clownfish a few days ago, I have noticed a brown substance start to grown on the sand/rocks. Can someone confirm is this brown algae? If so, do you recommend to do something about it (if so what) or to leave it for now? Appreciate everyones time replying

Looks like diatoms which are common in a new tank. I would just add a CUC and ride it out. Once the silicates are consumed it will disappear. You can stir the sand to keep it nice looking if you want (the diatoms will return daily).

Probably diatoms, very typical in a new tank. Just leave it. Algae will come soon as well.
If you don't have any corals you can lower your lights to lessen the amount of stuff that grows, but something is going to grow.
You could start adding some snails or crabs once you start getting some algae
