is this Aptaisa? and with the bubble algae that i have been battling should i bother keeping this $20 frag?

i got a bunch of corals from an online retailer a couple months ago and everything is happy and nice but this one $20 frag is causing me some trouble battling bubble algae and now what i think is Aptaisa. my fear is that it will contaminate the whole tank. is it worth trying to keep a small cheep frag of this zoa?
