The things on the back of the powerhead look different to me (they might be hydroids, but I can't tell for sure from the pic), but the rest of the things are definitely sponges - typically harmless filter feeders (they're not really a problem unless they're growing over and smothering corals).At first, I thought this was Aiptasia but these white things have more of a tube structure and I don't see the tentacles. The white furry things on the black powerhead may differ from the rest or maybe the juvenile stage?
I have no idea what these things are.
Any help is appreciated.

Yeah, looks like colonial hydroids - nice pic of the branched one. You probably want to get rid of the rid of the hydroids, but I wouldn’t worry about the sponges at all (even with corals I wouldn’t be concerned much if at all).I finally got the camera to focus on the glass. Here are some better shots. The stuff on the powerhead looks connected, as shown in the photo.
And I don't have corals, so looks like I don't need to worry about it?
