Tough to see anything in the pic. Take a turkey baster and spray water at it. They’ll come flying off if it’s flatworms. Or you could pop the plug off the rock and dip it in Bayer.

Do you see anything on it? That pic doesnt help at all lol
Sorry no I didn’t ,it is not doing well and a friend suggested it may be aefw but all of my other acros look fine, it may be my low alk which is at 6.1 as of yesterday I’m working on slowly raising it

I think that would be your issue there. That's really low.
