Is this a type of pod? Or a worm? Or something else?

It is mainly white, with red-ish lines around the outside. Saw this for the first time 2 days ago. It’s been moving around the same spot when the lights go out each day since I found it. Got the best picture I could for right now.

Tank has been around for ~3 years. No new additions since my mandarin 6 months ago.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like a chiton to me - they basically look like a rolypoly on top but with a snail foot underneath. Chitons are generally herbivores, so it'd most likely be a keeper.
