I think this is a bristle worm but I heard some of those are pests? I just saw this and was wondering if I should remove or leave it. Also how would I remove it? It disappeared into the rock the second I took the picture

I just found three of them and all are pretty big. This is just a 2 gallon pico can there be too many of them?
No. Just reduce your feeding to control the population.

There's nothing wrong with removing them if you want, but again, they are helpful critters.
