I am planning to run dual 75 gallon tanks and desiring a Calcium Reactor with one or two Kamoe FX-STP2 and curious about the setup. If I can get water line to location, I desire a dedicated Reverse Osmose. It is possible to run such configuration with a spliter and what else do I need. My desired for dual 75 gallon is related to space where I planned to put it and also I desired seperate the more agressive fish. Only one will have Corel, which will be non-agressive tank.

Both tanks will have 2 inch live same and live rock configuration with Snails and other clean up crew. I like the Pistol Shrimp and will have bunch of them,

I currently have 13.5 EVO and it is very successful and planned to use it as the quarentene tank

I included image of the tank stand I like and willl have two of them. The planned is to do the non-agressive tank first.

For two tanks the elements will be used at different rates so a calcium reactor or dosing pump would need to be tuned to one specific tank. I’m not clear on what you are asking about but especially for a fish vs coral set ups the needs will be different.

If they were connected to the same sump they would be one system with one replacement need so I don’t know or see how 2 different systems would be controlled?

This may be the worst reply of mine in awhile so let’s just say BUMps

I agree with Kris, with two completely separate tanks, its not going to work out well. The 2nd tank will either get way too much of way too little depending on the uptake needs. However, if you plumb them BOTH into a common sump, then its technically one "body" of water and then you can tune it as you would with a single tank.

Ok in this case, can I add two FX-STF2 with single Reverse Osmose feeding the water to both tanks. Not exactly sure what the Calcium Reactor gives you. Also with FX-STF2 how do you make it Saltwater.
