I am considering a group of 10 Lyertail Anthias from LFS. One of the Lyertails in the tank appears to be career of popeye disease (see attached pics). Should I assume that the rest of the Shoal are infected too? What’s the best course of action at this junction ?

popeye is not contagious that I've heard of other than if the fish are related & might have the same genetic propensity and the bacteria attacking the vulnerability is in the water; odds are good with anthias it's probably a battle scar from a tankmate.

As @DJF said, this is rarely contagious - the only time it would be is if the exophthalmia is caused by gas supersaturation of water due to an equipment malfunction. That shows as boith eyes on most fish being affected all at once, with fish death and bubbles in their fins in really bad cases. Your fish doesn't have this. If you want, Google Hemdal the eyes have it to find an article I wrote on fish eye diseases.
