I’ve had this mushroom for about 2 weeks so far. So far in my tank I can look at it wrong and it will get ticked and curl up. I accidentally bumped the frag while cleaning yesterday and knocked it into a crevice. It curled up immediately when I replaced it, (which was not surprising after I abused it moving lol) but I woke up this morning to it looking like this… any thoughts?

I can't say definitely, but it looks like it's splitting. I have the same colormorph of Ricrodea Florida and when it splits, it pinches like your photos with the two separate mouths on either side of the pinched portion.

Update for everyone! Added a couple new powerheads today and my ricordea Yuma’s hated it. Neither of my Floridas seemed affected.

just went in to make one more adjustment(was worried I was blasting my torch with a direct stream) and saw that the ricordea in this post has almost completely split in two! Thanks for the help everyone!
