I bought this Duncan about 2 months ago. Tank is a 14 g nuvo. It has been doing pretty well, looks happy most of the day, even growing 2 new heads. I have noticed that there is receding tissue at the base of one of the heads. Doesn’t look to good but the coral itself looks happy. Not really sure what to make of this. Any help is appreciated.

My Duncans seem to recede, then go back to normal almost day-to-day. Will be shrunken in one time I walk by, then fully expanded an hour later, and so on. Pretty fickle things always doing something different, but robust overall. I wouldn't worry too much til you see some actual skeleton on the head.
