Maybe I am imagining things but it appears that my 75 gpd RODI is making more than 75 gpd of product water. Fewls/looks more like 100. Is this possible?

With higher pressure and warmer temp it's possible. I have a large RO system, which is rated at 1,000gpd, but uses two 600gpd membranes. The rating is from an average pressure. At 80psi it will produce a gallon per minute, well over its rating.
