Is it isopod? good or bad for seahorse?

I found these small animals in my filtering bags, I photoed them under an microscope. they looks like isopods, is it good or bad for my seahorse? and where can I find them in my tank?

Amphipods- definitely good
It’s CUC and good nutrition for your horses

I only noticed several of them in my filtering bags. Is there a way to see where these Amphipods are inside my tank? probably in the live rock?

They’ll be mostly in the filtration but also in the rocks and they love algae too.
