Hey!
So I got a fire shrimp about 3 weeks ago.
He molted a week after I got him and ate his molt over the next several days.
And I came in this morning to see he molted again after 2 weeks.
Is every 2 weeks normal?
Am I feeding too much?

I feed once a day spirulina brine for my clowns in the tank. And I leave a little pile like 15-20 pieces in front of him which he seems to eat throughout the day..

I have an auto feeder feed the clowns some flakes later in the day, not much comes out but he might eat a couple pieces from that too..

(He’s right now in a 10g tank. I wanted him to QT before maybe adding to my display.
Though I’m liking having him in my 10g, he seems fine in it)

It could be normal... I find new shrimps molt more and then less often as they become comfortable. Also juveniles will molt more often than adults.... I would not be concerned.
