Both. They are ran through the same filtration. I will not have invertebrates in the FOWLR as the types of fish housed would make them lunch :). I only dose to promote the molting process, however I did not start until a ICP test result stated it was low.

I use Brightwell Iodion and add it once a week. Mixed reef. Keeps the crabs happy
