Our online store is a little different. Of course, WYSIWYG items are in stock and ready for immediate ship out. The rest of our catalog of animals is either in stock, or available on short notice. This allows us to showcase a larger catalog of animals. We work closely with a variety of local coral farmers as well as growers like ACI, Eye Catching Coral, and ORA. These relationships allow for weekly deliveries of quality, aquacultured coral. After receiving an order, we immediately contact each customer by email/phone to discuss stock availability and when we can ship (check your spam). We currently ship Mon-Wed and most orders are fulfilled within seven days. We are happy to accommodate order cancellation or substitution requests.

Livestock is shipped using UPS Next Day Air and Air Saver overnight service. When ordering animals, please select the appropriate customized, flat-rate "Live Animal" overnight option. We do not ship livestock outside of the USA, or to Hawaii. Due to pricing and logistical challenges, we only ship airport to airport, freight collect, to Alaska. No flat rate or free shipping applies to Alaska shipments. Please email to make arrangements. We do not charge for heat/ice packs, boxes, or other packing materials. We guarantee that your online livestock purchases will arrive alive and healthy. Claims must be made by phone or email and be accompanied with a digital photo of the expired animal in its original bag. We will accept DOA claims up to 24 hours after delivery. (Meaning you have one day to let us know the animal arrived dead) Should your request for credit be approved, we will apply a credit for the price paid for the animal to your next order. We do not refund shipping costs or the value of the lost animal. We offer credit towards your next purchase only. The purchaser must agree and abide by the terms and conditions laid out before each purchase is made. These include: Protecting your shipment from extreme weather, receiving and acclimating your shipment promptly according to our acclimation instructions, maintaining correct water chemistry, researching your prospective purchases and understanding their care requirements, and preventing extra stress on newly acclimated livestock by controlling aggressive tank mates. This guarantee is limited to online purchases only and you must have accepted your shipment during the first attempted delivery.

- Livestock orders $1 - $149.99, before applicable taxes are charged $80 for shipping. (This is technically below our minimum order value so we have to pass all the shipping/materials fees on to you)
- Livestock orders that total $150 - $349.99 , before applicable taxes, can select the flat fee of $44.99.
- Livestock orders of $350+, before applicable taxes, qualify for free shipping.
- All Washington state livestock orders over $200 ship free. Livestock orders between $75 - $199.99 ship for $25. Orders from $1 - $74.99 ship for $40.
- All Oregon state livestock order over $250 ship free. Orders between $100 - $250 ship for $35. Orders from $1 - $99.99 ship for $50.
- Premium shipping rates apply to certain fish that require larger bags/boxes.
