So I dosed my whole tank with interceptor. An I’ve done in total over a course of a 2 weeks 50% water change. Should I continue with regular waterchanges till 100?, given my nutrient levels allow it. Or is it safe to add back hermits for clean up crew

Yes- do periodic water changes to assure its out of system.

After you have resumed Skimming and added carbon- 10-14 days you are safe to go back to inverts

Yes I’ve been skimming already, I haven’t added any carbon yet though

I will be either Monday or Tuesday after I do my next water change an change out the carbon
