Insect like creature

Hi, can you guys identify this creature for me?
I have attached pics.
I took photo of this one guy, but there are many many small ones on sand, and in rock creaves.

How can I get rid of them?

It's a scud, and it's a good part of the clean up crew. Don't get rid of it.

Amphipods. Congratulations! That is what you want. The more the better. Some people have to buy them. They come in on rock and corals if not purchased which is hard to do these days. That's a big one. Don't try to kill them. Great clean up crew and shows that your tanknis maturing.

Hopefully it will get in rock and hide before eaten to get population up.

In this tank, I only have 1 fish (Fire Clown), so there are no natural predators to control them.
